The mobile application that helps you move around your city. Use the app for the ultimate traveling bus commuting experience.
Overview
Due to expansion numerous bus routes have been recently added to the local city transit system and many of those routes share the same bus stop. Although improvement was created for thousands of commuters, the city has not been able to efficiently share the information with riders. As a result, riders complain aroused having difficulties to receive accuracy on expected bus schedules and bus stops.
Buzz app aims to provide accurate information, consider riders needs and problems to enhance the overall commuting experience.

Goal
Improve the city transportation along with the commuting experience.
Develop a reliable tool for riders with features that help the user receive accurate information about their bus stop, bus line, routes and schedules.
Provide alerts and reminders, along with easy access to purchase tickets in efforts to maximize the user experience.
Problem
Rides have difficulty knowing which is the next bus
Don’t have the ability to know accurate bus schedules
A need of an initiative user-friendly tool to navigate
Ability to learn about the new bus routes
Not able to easily purchase bus tickets on the go
Research - User Survey & Interviews
To better understand the users an online survey was created. We captured insights from users that use a mobile app as a habitual travel guide form, to users that have never used an app before.
The following where the results that standout the most:
85% Relay on the bus transportation
95% Need and effective reliable transit app for commuting
86% Check real traffic time before traveling
Competitive Analysis
Analyzed and compared current transit applications to better understand strategies and goals in market. Identified opportunities of improvement to create an upgraded experience though the Buzz application design.

Data was collected from surveying a group of users along interviews, to create a user persona who represented an ideal user of the application.
